Duplicate payment, failed transaction या payment mismatch की स्थिति में transaction record के आधार पर review किया जाएगा। Refund eligibility संगठन की policy और payment provider records के अनुसार तय होगी। Manual UPI में UTR verification आवश्यक है। Refund request में Member ID और transaction details दें।
